Breast MRI (magnetic resonance imaging)

Magnetic Mammography is a modern imaging test for the diagnosis of breast diseases. Its most important value is its high sensitivity (100%) in detecting invasive carcinoma in women with dense breasts.

The sensitivity of MRI mammography is not affected by the density of the gland and by scar tissue after surgery, radiation or the presence of implants, making it ideal for all types of patients.

It is not affected by breast density
Helps to rule out cancer in high-risk patients especially in dense breasts or with implants
Checking the integrity of silicone inserts
"Healthy" breast screening in women diagnosed with cancer in the other breast
It complements the imaging test with mammography and ultrasound and the clinical examination
